The breath is the bridge between the mind and the body. It is also our constant connection to the present moment. At this workshop, we will explore different practices that combine breathing and movement to cultivate energy, pump the body, and harmonize our internal systems. We all love to work out; but working out is spending energy. This must be balanced with working in, (cultivating energy), in order to maintain our health and vitality. Note: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing or general exercise attire.
