Breathe, Move and Recover
We all love to workout, but working out is spending energy. This class will teach you how to balance that with an equal amount of working in, or cultivating energy. We will explore different breathing and movement practices that lower stress and enhance recovery. At the end of this class you will walk away with plenty of tools that allow you to feel energized, balanced, and grounded in both mind and body.
